Foundries make high demands to the flexibility and the productivity of its no-bake hand moulding and to the quality of the castings.
FAT provides complete solutions of mouldingsystems for hand moulding with varied degree of automation; individually concerted to the existing conditions. The moulding systems will be adapted to the existing area by a modular design.
The ambition is to use the resource of equipment and manpower optimally and to minimize the work for fettling. According the wishes of the client it is possible to mechanise several production steps or the complete hand moulding.

FAT biedt complete oplossingen voor de mechanisatie van handvormerijen, individueel afgestemd op de bestaande situatie. Met het modulaire systeem lukt het , ons aan te passen aan de beschikbare ruimte in de gieterij.
Doel is om de aanwezige installatie en het personeelsbestand optimal te gebruiken en de opeenvolgende werkzaamheden te mimimaliseren. Geheel naar klantwens kan een deel of de gehele handvormerij gemechaniseerd worden.
De capaciteit van de mechanisatie gaat tot 20 vormen per uur bij installaties met een hoog automatiseringsnivo.

Mit dem modularen Aufbau der Formanlagen gelingt es, sich an den verfügbaren Platz der Giesserei anzupassen.
Ziel ist es, die vorhandene Anlagen- und Personalressourcen optimal zu nützen und die nachfolgende Arbeiten zu minimieren. Je nach Kundenwunsch können einzelne Arbeitsschritte oder die komplette Handformerei mechanisiert werden.
Die Leistung der Mechanisierung reicht bis 20 Formen pro Stunde bei Anlagen mit hohem Automatisierungsgrad.
